The two Legendaries
Dorothy costs 4
Dorothy can Move each round and has +1/+1 for each time an ally moved this game. At 4 mana she comes down one round earlier, with one more round to grow. In the same patch Roo, a 2-mana character with Move, gains 1 Health.
Wicked Stepmother up to 4 Power
The Legendary with Deathtouch, whose On Reveal gives Deathtouch to your Evil characters, goes from 3/6 to 4/6.
Christopher Robin back to 5/4
Patch 0.6.3 had turned him from 5/4 into 4/5, sturdier but hitting softer. The demo patch puts the old stats back. This line is in the patch notes posted on the official Discord, not in the Steam post.
Itsy Bitsy Spider turns Evil
The 0-mana 1/1 goes from Neutral to Evil. It matters for every card that counts Evil characters: Wicked Stepmother's On Reveal, for one, now gives it Deathtouch too.
Six cards change what they do
Silver Bullet
It can now target barriers as well as characters.
Don Quixote
He gained Defender: that is all the patch notes say about him.
Heroic Charge
The spell gives allies +2 Power and Trample this round. When it is repeated, the +2 Power buff now applies again.
Frog Prince and Magic Carpet
Both have a "Choose One" On Reveal. Buffs they already had are no longer cleared when they are played, and if they go back to hand they can choose again. Magic Carpet also gains 1 Power.
Wooden Stake
It can now target characters at full Health, but it still fails if the target is not damaged by the time it reveals.
Two game rules
Stats stay in the graveyard
A character's stats are no longer reset in the graveyard. A buffed character with Rebirth comes back to the board still buffed, though at 1 Health.
Before combat, then Temporary discards
"Before combat" abilities now trigger before Temporary cards are discarded.
The Gallows
The location always destroys the enemy across from the space a character entered. If an On Reveal ability moves that character to a different location, The Gallows no longer destroys the opposing character at the new location.

- The official Steam post of 21 September, the one announcing the update, lists the stat changes and the six cards that change what they do, "compared to the latest playtest build". The team's Reddit post says the same.
- The version posted on the official Discord adds Christopher Robin, the two game rules and The Gallows. We report it in full.
The patch has no version number: the team calls it the demo patch notes of 21 September. On this site it appears as "Demo · 21 Sep".
What changes on OriginsMeta
