Origins TCG

OriginsMeta Analytics is our Windows app for Origins TCG: it records your matches while you play and shows you, live, what's happening in your deck. Version 0.3.4, released on 11 October 2026, closes a week of work in which the app learned to read the matches from the game window, since patch 0.7 no longer saves the match data on your PC. It's still a test version: the cover screenshot comes from a real Demo 2.0 match, with the two app panels on top showing what they read at that moment (round 7) and the players' names removed.
Your matches, recorded on their own
You open the app, play, and a few seconds after the end the match is in your history: result, the deck you chose in the game, the rounds, the cards played by you and by your opponent round by round, and the opponent's Legendary from the VS screen. If you link the app to your OriginsMeta account, your matches are on the site too.
To read the cards, the app uses the screen scanner: it watches only the Origins TCG window, recognises the cards on your PC and never sends images anywhere. Only the IDs of the cards reach the site, never the players' names. It never touches the game: no files written, no memory read, nothing that changes how it plays.
The live Deck tracker
The new Deck tracker, designed by Davdas for a quick glance rather than reading: your 12 cards in large size, in a 4 × 3 grid by cost. A card dims when you've drawn one of its two copies ("1/2") and goes dark when you've drawn both: the app also reads the cards in your hand. Below, your Legendary on its own (it darkens, with a zoom, the moment you draw it), the cards still in your deck and your hero's life, the two segments of the ring under your hero.
The opponent's cards
A second panel, a little smaller, for the opponent: their Legendary, their life and the cards they reveal, which appear one by one as the match goes on. It starts empty and never shows empty boxes.
The two panels stay above the game, without the Windows frame: drag them where you want, widen them from the edges and they never need scrolling. The same panels are also a Browser source for OBS, for anyone who streams.
Full screen or window, demo and playtest
The app works with Origins TCG in full screen or in a window of any size and shape, at any Windows scaling, with the Steam Demo and with the playtest. When we publish a new version it downloads it and restarts updated on its own, never during a match.
Soon for everyone
Today OriginsMeta Analytics is being tested by Creators, Authors, Pro players and the Staff of the site: they play with it every day and tell us what doesn't work. Soon it will be available for everyone to download, together with the win rate pages that will use the matches of those who link the app (only totals, never who played). We'll announce the date here and on our Discord.
