Game plan

The goal of the deck is to have fun with spells when Glinda or Sorcerer's Apprentice or Queen of the Night (or all three together) are on the board. The nice thing about the deck is that it has several ways to win and you always have something useful in hand. It's important to protect the valuable pieces with Defense Matrix. Once the broom combo gets going, it's hard to stop.

Guide

Strengths

Fun! Not the strongest deck in the meta, but if you can hold on for the first few turns it risks becoming unstoppable.

Weaknesses

The bodies of the key characters are very small for their mana cost, so you risk falling too far behind.

Mulligan

You're looking for low-cost spells, Glinda and Sandman. You need a very strong turn 3 (at four mana) to apply pressure right away and put your opponent on the defensive.

Key combos and lines

Sandman + Glinda, Sorcerer's Apprentice, Queen of the Night + spells to do magic. Merlin's Prophecy + Dark Omen to hold the board.

Matchups

The Golden Egg + Boogeyman combo is very hard to counter, as are swarm decks. If you watch out for mass removal (like Forbidden Knowledge or Rain of Arrows) you win against control.

Notes and changes

You could consider replacing Merlin's Prophecy with something more solid like Bullseye
